I originally saw this recipe on a Rachael Ray show—I believe it was her 30 Minute Meals program. Don’t ask me which episode, because I honestly don’t remember.
I followed her recipe the first time, but as I usually do when I cook, I eventually started to wing it. Don’t worry, though—I’ve been very specific in the recipe, so you shouldn’t have any trouble following it.
I’m not sure why, but my two boys absolutely love it when I make this. Hopefully, it’ll be a hit in your house too.
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 C Panko
1/2 C Ricotta Cheese
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 C Shredded Cheese ( I'm using Mozarella here)

I am actually making a double batch of this recipe but what I'll provide you with is the regular recipe.
Here we have 1 pound of ground turkey. You can make this ground chicken if you want to.

Add in one egg

Add in 1/2 C of bread crumbs. I prefer using panko, but you can also use regular breadcrumbs.

Add in 1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning

Add in 1/2 Cup of Ricotta Cheese

Add in 1/2 Cup of Mozzarella or your favorite

Mix the ingredients with your hands until it all comes together. Make sure not to over mix because, you will make the meat very tough.

Form into burgers. I would recommend doing this on either aluminum foil or a mat to cut down on the mess.

Cook the burgers at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. When they are finished, pour some spaghetti sauce on top with a little extra cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese has melted. Yum, it's time to eat.
